PANDO OUTDOORS
Teacher’s Assistant for an undergraduate class called Industrial Design in the Marketplace.
I focused on the marketing aspect of product design, encouraging students to understand the importance of branding in creating cohesive products, even if products are diverse in functionality. This course taught students to work together as a team to design three lines of outdoor gear for three different users. This is how Pando Outdoors came into fruition.

Pando Branding
As the teacher’s assistant, I helped with the marketing aspect of this course. Once students came up with the name and general aesthetic of their company, I fine tuned the logo and created a set of branding guidelines for students to follow. I gave two lectures on the importance of marketing and graphic design in the industrial design industry and facilitated a workshop on screen printing.
Some graphic design collateral included:
Logo(s)
Store swag: Stickers, patches, and key chains
Packaging for products
T-shirts, bandanas, shorts, and hats
Backpacks and bags
